Creating an account allows FlowCreatorAI to associate usage and history more consistently with a user.
Users may access FlowCreatorAI using a magic link sent to their email address. You are responsible for maintaining access to your email account and ensuring that sign-in links are not shared.
FlowCreatorAI is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from shared, leaked, or compromised sign-in links.
FlowCreatorAI offers paid subscription plans that provide additional or unlimited access to the service.
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our authorized third-party payment provider and Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy is responsible for payment processing, invoicing, and handling applicable taxes, including VAT where required.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Prices, billing intervals, and plan features are displayed at checkout.
Unless required by applicable law, subscription fees are non-refundable.
To ensure proper access, you must use the same email address for payment and for your FlowCreatorAI account.
For billing questions, failed payments, or refund requests, users should contact FlowCreatorAI before initiating a payment dispute.
Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes may result in suspension or termination of access to the service.
To protect platform integrity, FlowCreatorAI applies reasonable technical measures such as rate limits, usage caps, and automated verification mechanisms.
We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the service if usage indicates abuse, misuse, or attempts to bypass safeguards.
All content generated by FlowCreatorAI is produced by artificial intelligence and may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies.
FlowCreatorAI does not verify, validate, or fact-check generated outputs and makes no representations or warranties regarding accuracy, completeness, legality, or suitability for any purpose.
Generated content must not be relied upon as factual information or as professional advice of any kind, including but not limited to marketing, advertising, financial, investment, health, medical, or legal advice.
You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, verifying, and determining how generated content is used. Any decisions, actions, or outcomes resulting from the use of generated content are the user's sole responsibility.
You agree not to use FlowCreatorAI to generate or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate, including content involving violence, hate, sexual exploitation, or unlawful activities.
The FlowCreatorAI platform, software, branding, and underlying technology are owned by FlowCreatorAI or its licensors.
Subject to these Terms, you own the rights to the content generated for you by FlowCreatorAI. FlowCreatorAI does not claim ownership over your generated outputs.
FlowCreatorAI may use anonymized and aggregated usage data to operate, maintain, and improve the service.
FlowCreatorAI may suspend or terminate access to the service at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse the service.
Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. Paid subscriptions will not be refunded unless required by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FlowCreatorAI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
FlowCreatorAI's total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount paid by you during the three (3) months preceding the claim.
FlowCreatorAI shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including outages, third-party service failures, or infrastructure interruptions.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If you continue using FlowCreatorAI after an update, you agree to the latest version.
